What happens when my order is not on stock?
Due to a small exclusive stock it could happen that we discover the product is not on stock. We immediately contact you for another comparable item or just simply refund you.
What is the status of my shipment?
We will contact you by mail to keep a track of your purchase. With a UPS or Post.nl Tracking code you can track your package at all time.

Are the prices all included with TAX?
Yes all prices include 21%. Published prices and final invoices are in Euro. As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports ALL MEGUSTA.NL orders are shipped out of Utrecht - Netherlands WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.

How do I know that my order has been processed good?
When you order any product you will receive a confirmation of your purchase by email. When the shipment is done, you will also receive a confirmation of that.

All products on MEGUSTACOLLECTION.COM are original. Our products are ordered from fashion suppliers everywhere around the world.
Do sold out products come back in stock again?

How do I place an order?
On Megustacollection.com you can order the products that you like, simply just by clicking onto it, then you are forwarded to the product page.
From here you can choose your size and then click ‘ADD TO CART’. After that you can click on ‘CHECKOUT’
On the payment page you can fill in your shipping and billing address and then you place the order. On the next page you can choose your payment method. You can pay with Ideal or Paypal.
As soon as the order is received by us, we will pack it in nice and clean preparing it to be shipped to you.
